The Fletschhorn Restaurant in Saas-Fee has a Michelin star and 18 Gault Millau points. A remarkably small team works harmoniously with head chef Markus Neff. Here the finest and freshest ingredients are transformed into culinary highlights.
The menu is adapted to the seasons, therefore it is only natural that it includes regional products and an impressive selection of Swiss cheeses. Head chef Markus Neff uses regional seasonal products with passion, that’s why his menu varies with the seasons. The wine cellar, with 45,000 bottles, has the matching wine for every gourmet meal.
We are happy to take special meal requests into account, and you can also tell us in advance when you reserve. The restaurant is of course accessible for wheelchairs.
