The menu is adapted to the seasons, therefore it is only natural that it includes regional products and an impressive selection of Swiss cheeses. The head chef uses regional seasonal products with passion, that’s why his menu varies with the seasons. The wine cellar, has the matching wine for every gourmet meal.
